Let’s start with some updates. First, I’m thinking about bring some pretty mild advertising to the site. It hopefully won’t be much of an eyesore and it’ll help me pay for my blog, which costs about 40 bucks annually. WordPress is pretty great about making sure their ads are at least kind of funny, so I’m hoping it won’t be a huge change to the site.
Next, I’m writing for a really cool website called DamnLag. It’s a really nice departure from most video game websites because each article is personal and free of pandering. It’s not Kotaku and that’s a good thing. A lot of people know me from Spoiler Warning, so since I won’t be around for a season, DamnLag is the place to go for my video game lovin’. Some people asked why I wasn’t going to be on Spoiler Warning for the Human Revolution and in all honesty I needed a break. AssCreed2 broke my spirit and since I have zero emotional investment in Human Revolution, I thought it would be a chance for me to take a breather. I don’t know for certain if I’ll be asked back, but there will be other projects for me to work on.
Okay! On to the music! This is Phoebe Kreutz with a really cute anti-folk song about Frankenstein. I don’t know much about her and this song is actually from a festival she played at, but I think she’s funny and super cute. Any song about my second favorite mad scientist gets a little love from Mumbles. As a bonus, I included an all French song by Team Genius. I have no idea what that lady is saying, but it sounds adorable!
